Then, we follow an in-depth procedure to give your hearing aid a thorough clean, making sure to change the filters and relevant parts.

It could be that your hearing aid has wax clogged in the microphone, or there’s dust in the receiver, but whatever your concerns, we promise that we will always offer you a solution to the problem.

We also stay on top of manufacturer updates and will connect your device to specialist software and download any firmware updates. That way, you can continue to stay ahead of the game and up to date with your devices.  

What Devices Do We Clean & Check? 

Backed by many years of experience, the team at Clarity Hearing has seen the many changes in technology and is trained to deal with most manufacturers.

This means that we can do a clean & check on most devices.

The only devices we can’t connect to the software for an update include Beltone and Miracle ear, but we can still do an abbreviated clean & check.

For a standard clean and check for non-patients, it is $75 for a 30-minute appointment, and we are almost always available within 48 hours from your query.
