In 2015, Siemens became Sivantos, producing a line of Signia hearing aids using Siemens’ technology, such as Binax, which accelerated the development of smart products and applications with practical benefits for people with hearing loss.
Sivantos’ merger with Widex in 2019 gave birth to WS Audiology, a large-scale manufacturer of a variety of hearing instruments under various brand names.
Clarity Hearing provides troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair for Sivantos hearing aids.

The performance quality of Binax comes from its e2e wireless technology, which simulates binaural hearing using an eight-microphone network (four per hearing aid) that shares and balances audio data. Binax also comes with Narrow Directionality, Spatial Speech Focus, eWindScreen binaural, and High Definition Sound Resolution to enhance the clarity of your sound experience.
Signia’s Active Pro line includes an instant-fit device able to enhance audio streaming. Signia also produces a RIC product, Styletto X; a CIC instant-fit device, Silk X; and behind-the-ear devices Pure and Motion X, all of which operate on its OVP platform.
Also produced under the Sivantos umbrella are the Intuis 3 line with ITE, TIC, and BTE styles that feature custom-fitting and Bluetooth streaming, Insio Nx with ITE, ITC, IIC, and CIC styles, and the CROS line with BTE and ITE style devices for individuals with one-sided hearing loss.
TeleCare, accessed using this Signia app on your SmartPhone, makes it possible for you to stay up-to-date with your hearing care provider with ongoing counseling and support without the necessity of an office visit.
