I had a hearing and balance test today, May 19, 2021 with Dr. Olivarez. She was very attentive to all of my health concerns, was warm and caring about how I felt as I was being tested. She was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns.

Dr Patel was is great, she has state of the art equipment and explained everything in detail. I was happy with my visit and the fees are very reasonable.

Staff in the front office was so very nice. She was calm and reassuring when I arrived a bit flustered from a long drive to get there from west Houston. Dr Alyssa was so personable yet very professional. She took the time to explain all aspects of the hearing exam, informing me, and educating me about all the results. This was one of the best medical experiences I’ve had all year, well worth the extended drive and time spent with them. Highly recommend this provider and her office!!!

Dr. Ulep is a very knowledgeable and personable person. She explained everything clearly and in a manner that left us with a greater understanding of our situation. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our appointment.

Love the setting. Calming environment. People there are very nice. I had a hearing and pressure test done, and it was quick and seamless. Dr. Miller and her student were amazing and accomodating. I was asked to call them if I had an episode so I can show them what happens to my hearing during these episodes and they got me in! Very accomodating. My only criticism that doesn't count against their service is that when you walk in, there's someone behind the desk that says hello, but you can't SEE her because of these two high, massive computer screens. My only recommendation is to move those so that people with hearing impairment can SEE the person at the front desk, in case they need to read lips or so they can see they are being greeted. I witnessed it happen with a lady who was clearly profoundly hearing impaired. Other than that, absolutely lovely place. I also loved that they sent my information to my ENT the same day!
