At Clarity Hearing, our number one priority is the health and safety of our patients and our staff.
Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and with the development of the Omicron variant – our team has continued to implement a strict 7-step safety protocol procedure to ensure you are in safe hands when you visit us at any of our five locations.
Please read our safety protocols below before visiting us for a scheduled appointment.
To stay up to date with the latest CDC government guidelines in your county, please use the CDC tool below.
#1 Check Your Symptoms
If you have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 or have had the related symptoms yourself, including a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or muscle aches in the past seven days, then please reschedule your appointment once your symptoms have cleared.
#2 Please Wear a Mask
All patients must wear a face mask when visiting the clinic for in-person appointments. This is not only to protect themselves but likewise other patients and the rest of our team.
#3 Social Distancing
We currently operate with limited appointments to ensure social distancing is possible in our waiting rooms. In addition, we have spaced out our furniture to ensure all patients can adhere to these rules at all times.
#4 We’re Up to Date with Government Guidelines
Our team follows the latest government safety guidelines to ensure our procedures are up to date.
#5 We Wear Protective Equipment
As well as patients being required to wear face masks, our team also wears face masks and gloves for each appointment. All staff wears clear face masks to ease communication while cutting out virus transmission.
We also have face mask extenders now available for patients worried about their hearing devices getting caught when removing their face masks.
#6 Disinfecting Between Each Patient
Between every appointment with a patient, the office and all surfaces are thoroughly disinfected to ensure you are entering the safest and cleanest environment possible.
#7 Tele Audiology Appointments Available
We understand that not all patients will be comfortable coming into the office during this time, which is why we have our brand-new Tele Audiology service. Patients can schedule an appointment through our online form and speak face-to-face with an audiologist via video call.
This cuts out any unnecessary in-person contact and, likewise, the need to travel. For more information on Tele Audiology or to schedule an appointment, click here.
Thank you for your patients during this challenging time; we hope you understand that your friends at Clarity Hearing are here for you, wherever that may be.
