In-Office Appointments Temporarily Closed and Move to a Remote Service

by | Apr 21, 2020 | Patient Resources

With the health and wellbeing of patients being at the forefront of any decision, and following Harris County guidelines, the decision has been made to temporarily suspend in-person appointments until further notice.

As patients are family, please know that we continue to be here for you with the introduction of new remote ways to support and help you through this challenging time.

This is through the introduction of a three-part remote process.

#1 – Hearing Health Hotline’

During these difficult times, if you need any help, have a question or would like to speak to a hearing professional, then a hotline has been set-up.

The hotline is available 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday at 936-273-443

#2 – Tele-Health Appointments

If you have an upcoming appointment, then you will receive a call from our team over the coming days to either reschedule your appointment or change to a ‘Telehealth’ appointment.

A ‘Telehealth’ appointment is for when face-to-face meetings are not possible. These allow one of our hearing care professionals to schedule a time for a remote appointment.

Depending on your hearing technology, your hearing devices may be able to be remotely adjusted by your professional during your appointment.

#3 – Drop-Off Service

If your hearing devices require repairs or attention, then a no contact drop-off areas is available at each of our offices.

Prior to your drop-off, please call our hotline to schedule a time to ensure our team are prepared.

The latest technology offers unbelievable advancements in remote programming.

Please know that during these challenging times, you have the full support of our entire team.

If you are in need of batteries or other supplies, we are happy to mail them to you.  We have suspended all shipping charges during this time.

Do you know somebody that needs to see this? Why not share it?
