This innovative service will bring patients face-to-face with their audiologist in a 15-minute video consultation via their smartphone, tablet, or computer. Patients will receive the same level of care and support as they would in a physical face-to-face appointment at our offices.
These appointments are ideal for anyone who seeks professional advice, reassurance, or hearing support.
So, What is Tele Audiology?
Rather than visiting our office in person, Tele Audiology connects patients to their audiologist in a video call which is made through their cell, tablet, or computer.
There’s no need to rearrange any schedules, cancel other appointments, or worry about travel.
Patients can discuss their hearing concerns with their doctor and receive no-obligation advice. Furthermore, patients who currently wear hearing aids can take advantage of their device’s remote programming features. Our audiologists can identify any problems, remotely adjust settings, and reconfigure the devices as needed.
